Delete your Veya account

Last updated: 8 August 2026

If you still have the app — three taps

Open Veya, go to the “You” tab, scroll down to “Delete my account”, and confirm.

It is immediate and permanent. There is no cooling-off period, no bin, and we cannot restore anything.

What gets erased

  • Your account and its identifier.
  • Your first name.
  • Your links with people close to you, on both sides — each of them is told the link has closed, without being told why.
  • Your shared rituals, your due times and the confirmations stored on our servers.
  • Your registered devices for notifications, and any pending invitations.
  • Everything that was on your phone: your rituals, your history, your ritual steps, your scheduled reminders.

What remains, and why

If you subscribed to Premium, the transaction record is kept by our subscription provider and by Apple or Google. The law requires us to keep accounting records; we cannot erase them on request, and nobody can use them to contact you.

Someone who had given you a first name in their own circle sees that link disappear on their side as well.

If you no longer have the app

Your account was attached to Google or Apple

Write to hyminix.studio@gmail.com from the attached email address, with “Account deletion” as the subject. We delete the account and everything attached to it within 30 days, and confirm once it is done.

Your account was attached to nothing

This is the most common case, because Veya forces nobody to create an identified account. And it has to be said plainly: that account can no longer be tied to anyone. There is no email address, no name and no phone number linking you to it — neither for you, nor for us.

In practice, what remains in our database is a technical identifier, the first name you had typed if there was one, and the names of your rituals. None of it can lead back to a real person, and none of it ever leaves.

If you still have the phone: reinstall Veya, your account is still there, and the three-tap deletion works. That is the only way to erase an anonymous account — worth knowing before uninstalling.
